Founded by Carnation resident Greg Jamiel, Voice of the Bear Consulting helps organizations connect with their audiences through branding, graphic design, website development, video production, marketing, event support, and community engagement strategies. With more than 20 years of experience in creative leadership and communications, Greg brings both professional expertise and a deep love for the Snoqualmie Valley to every project.

Voice of the Bear Consulting proudly partners with organizations throughout the region, including the Carnation Chamber of Commerce, the City of Carnation, Kelsey’s Koffee, Carnation Café, the Lee Arts Foundation, A Supportive Community For All, the Snoqualmie Valley Human Services Coalition, and many others. Greg’s work focuses on helping local organizations tell their stories, strengthen community connections, and create meaningful impact.

Greg’s creative work has been recognized nationally and internationally. He is a three-time Emmy Award winner and has also received three Gold World Design Awards and two Silver World Design Awards for excellence in design, branding, and visual storytelling. These honors reflect a career dedicated to helping organizations communicate with authenticity, creativity, and impact.

As a creative strategist, designer, filmmaker, and community leader, Greg combines award-winning expertise with a genuine passion for supporting local businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations. Whether he’s building a website, creating a marketing campaign, producing a video, designing a brand, or helping launch a new community initiative, his goal remains the same: helping good people do great things.

In addition to his consulting work, Greg is the Founder and Executive Director of Snovalley Pride, the Snoqualmie Valley’s first 2SLGBTQ+ nonprofit organization. Through events, advocacy, arts programming, and community-building initiatives, Snovalley Pride has become a vibrant force for inclusion, connection, and kindness throughout the Valley.

Fun Fact: Greg has called Carnation home for nearly a decade and spends much of his free time exploring the forests, rivers, and trails of the Snoqualmie Valley. His love for community, creativity, and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest inspires both his professional work and his volunteer efforts.
